The splint has a sealing edge at an active ingredient chamber for influencing toothed surfaces in a substance restorative manner. A preparation of the sealing edge using a thermoformed splint is accomplished by a working model around the modeling of the active ingredient chamber to guide the sealing edge in an inner side of the completed splint, which permits an efficient application of the common materials and allows an application of saliva-dissoluble materials. The sealing is replenished by using the silicon.
