The monitor (1) has a cylindrical nozzle carrier section (3) extending into a depth in a positive Z-direction along a longitudinal axis (2). An injection medium is supplied to the nozzle carrier section over supply lines (4, 5) running in a longitudinal direction. Injection nozzles (6, 7) outwardly guide the injection medium from the supply lines. Injection directions (26, 27) set by the injection nozzles include an angle that is less than 90 degree, with the longitudinal axis in a negative z-direction.
