The method involves applying a tensile strength (5) on a plate (9) by using a die (2) and a plunger (4). An internal area of the plate is deformed by using a penetrating plunger by applying a force. Reformation strength is applied at the internal area of the deformed plate against effective direction of deformation strength after deformation of the internal area of the plate and during the plate under tensile strength. The reformation strength is applied by a mechanical reformation plunger and by a fluid.
