A passage chamber (3) for forcing gas circulation is attached in the closed system, and a ventilator (4) is built-in in the passage chamber. The passage chamber is cylindrically formed, and a cylinder has an axis that lies on an axis of a rotor (4a) of the ventilator, which is coupled with a shaft of a speed adjusted electric motor (4b).
