The seat (7) has a positioning element (13) filled with pressurizing medium and comprising right and left blisters, where the blisters are connected together via a bar-type line. The positioning element is arranged between a base spring system of the seat and a foam part. The foam part is provided under a seat contact surface facing a seat user. The blisters directly impact on the foam part at a side facing the seat user to produce laminar pressure and laminar contour change that exceed the size of the blisters at the seat contact surface.
