The system has adjustment elements (25) different from each other with respect to sizes of regulating boreholes (37) guided to an annular channel (33). Rotors (21) are provided with nozzles (51) and are different from each other with respect to nozzle sizes. A correlation is existed between the borehole and nozzle sizes, such that fuel regulating amount is guided to the annular channel over the boreholes of the elements, where the amount is adjusted to the sizes of the nozzles of the rotors. Speed of the rotors is regulated by a ring nut (27) based on the fuel regulating amount.
