The method for sterilizing and heating drinking water and other fluids in transparent portable water sacks by solar radiation, comprises welding a front film (2) made of flexible transparent material and a back film (1) at edges to the sack, placing a protective film (3) over the back film, and coating or coloring the back- and protective film in a reflecting manner. The protective film is welded at three sides with the back film, so that the fourth side forms an input of a pocket. The back- and protective film contain coating/coloring, which absorbs the radiation and warms the water contents.
