The terminal (KEG1) has a coordinator device (KG) comprising user data transmission time slots allocated to the terminal in a radio communication system (FKS). A lateral position of the coordinator device is determined with respect to beginning of time frames. The time frames are structured in the radio communication system such that the time frames include synchronized time slots, the user data transmission time slots of same length and a dynamic time slot. A radio resource is divided into the time frames in the radio communication system. An independent claim is also included for a method for parametering a communication terminal.
