The arrangement of data for transmission is partially carried out in one time slot such that the time slot has four data segments or fields, particularly a synchronization data field (6), a signaling data field (7), an audio data field (8) and a video data field (9), and both audio data, particularly voice data and video data are transmitted from the portable radio terminal to the fixed radio terminal in one time slot.
