The valve has a closing body consisting of a spring washer (7) and works together with a sealing seat of a valve seat plate (8) to continuously regulate a passage between the spring washer and the valve seat plate in a housing (1) of the valve. The valve seat plate is integrated with a base plate (9) to a two-piece valve seat assembly, where the valve seat plate or the base plate exhibits a defined spring rigidity to allows a durable attachment of the spring washer at the valve seat plate. A casing (10) is provided for fastening the spring washer at the valve seat plate.
