Producing an organic composition comprising a functional component comprising a thermoplastic polymer, enzyme, binder, paraffin, oil, colorant and a hair- or skin care substance, comprises: (i) providing (ia) a n-nonyl ether as additive, which is obtained by reacting a n-nonyl alcohol-component with a further component (iaa), which may be reacted with the n-nonyl alcohol component under formation of a n-nonyl ether, (ib) a functional component and optionally (ic) at least a further additive; and (ii) mixing the n-nonyl ether, the functional component and optionally the further additive. Independent claims are included for: (1) producing a molded body, comprising (I) providing a thermoplastic composition, (II) heating the thermoplastic composition to the glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic polymer or to a temperature above the glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic polymer and (III) producing a molded body from the heated thermoplastic composition produced in the step (II); (2) producing a packaged good comprising (a) providing a good and the molded body and (b) at least partially covering the good with the molded body; and (3) a procedure for coating an edible substance, comprising (A) providing an edible substance and the n-nonyl ether and (B) at least covering the substance with the n-nonyl ether.
