A drawing-off/tapping facility (1) in the form of a tubular tap head has a drawing-off/tapping point (2) fitted inside a cover (3). Beneath the tap head in the cover there is an outlet opening (4), through which drinking liquid free of bacteria from the tapping point can be drawn off into a tumbler (5) placed on a depositing plate (6). An independent claim is also included for an antibacterial device for drawing off/tapping a drinking liquid at drain cocks on bar installations, on tap heads or at points for delivering liquids.
