The dispenser has a drain tap (50) attached to three dispensing valves (11, 22, 46). Supply pipes (3, 7, 8) are attached to a carbonator (25) for supplying supply liquid i.e. water. A tapping control device exhibits an automatic unit, which automatically opens two of the dispensing valves that are not connected with the carbonator after closing of third dispensing valve, where the third dispensing valve is connected with the carbonator until a carbonized remaining liquid is discharged from the drain tap and a dispensing line (48).
