The method involves generating a target data set corresponding to CAD-computer model of measured object, and producing a sample part corresponding to projected shape of a measured object by tactile and/or optical measurement of surface of the sample part made of plastic. A measured data set is generated by measurement of a measured object by invasive radiation using computer tomography (CT) process. Variations of dimensions and/or surface coordinates of the measured object are determined by comparison of another target data set with the measured data set. An independent claim is also included for a computer program with a program code for performing a method of evaluating measured data set of a measured object.
