The system (N) has a storage- and data processing device between an input unit (10) and an output unit (14). An information source (20) provides predicted and/or actualized weather data of extensive weather territories over a data connection (18) by using a data transmission standard. Another information source (28) provides the position data e.g. start data, and territory data that are overlaid with the meteorological data to output the weather-, position- and territory data of a vehicle so that applications of the system are realizable based on the weather territories.
