The carrier (10) has a conductive path (24) on upper and lower sides (16, 18) of a substrate. The path includes a copper thin film (28) structured and laminated on the substrate, and includes a copper thick film (32) for increasing current feed properties. The thick film is applied on the thin film by thermal spraying of metal. The thin film is thinner than approximately 35 micrometers. The thick film includes thickness of about 1.5 millimeters. A galvanized copper layer (30) is applied on the thin film by spraying cooling gas. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a conductive path on a circuit carrier i.e. printed circuit board for an electrical circuit.
