The device has an absorption-cooling machine and/or heating system connected upstream of a forward-line (VL) for cooling and/or heating of a coolant and/or heating-fluid. A circulating pump (U) is provided in the forward-line or in a return-line (RL). Two lower circuits are connected downstream of the forward-line and provided for heating and/or cooling rooms (Pi, R). A ventilator is provided for controlling a flow temperature during cooling according to the temperature of one room having high heat input, and a room valve (RV) controls the temperature of another room.
