The gas tank arrangement (1) has a tank wall surrounding a cavity for admission of gas fuel. The tank wall is made of electrically conductive material, where a layer is made of an electrically conductive material on a part of an exterior surface of the tank wall. Another layer, made of an electrically conductive material, is applied on a part of an exterior surface of the former layer. An independent claim is included for a method for testing a gas tank arrangement.
