The container (1) has a liner (10) formed as a container inner wall area (10') and made from metal material (11) e.g. stainless steel, or plastic material, where the wall area surrounds a container inner area (I). A container outer wall area (20) partially or completely surrounds the inner wall area, and made from carbon-fiber material (21) i.e. carbon fiber-reinforced plastic material. An adhesive medium made from resin or phenolic resin is provided between the inner and outer wall areas, and anchorage points in the form of dwells are formed at an outer side of the liner. The carbon-fiber material comprises carbon multifilament yarns, carbon multifilament rovings, carbon multifilament strips, carbon multifilament threads and carbon multifilament core. An independent claim is also included for a method for wrapping a body with a carbon fiber material.
