The place has a suction tube (25) closed during a normal spinning process and subjected with negative pressure. The suction tube is used during a cross coil/empty case changing and attached to a separate, machine-length negative pressure channel, whose light cross-section surface amounts to multiple of the light cross-section surface of the suction tube. The suction tube has a length (L) from a suction opening (40) till to an opening into the channel, where the length amounts to 10 times of a diameter (D) of the suction tube.
