The fixing mechanism (1) has a fixing point (10) for fixing hydraulically damped and mechanically damped traction-unit-tensioning devices (3). Another fixing point (11) fixes lever units (31). The traction-unit-tensioning devices comprise tensioning units (30). Holders are fixed with the tensioning units. The tensioning units and the lever units comprise fixing openings. The traction-unit-tensioning devices along with the fixing openings are fixed in the fixing mechanism in operable manner. The tensioning units are connected with the lever units.
