The protector has a body made of a flexible material such as elastomer, and comprising a central bore (4). Sealing plates (3) are provided at an outer surface of the body for airtight sealing in a state when the protector is inserted in an inner ear. A pressure regulator/flow throttle unit is provided in the bore, and a central body (9) is sealingly inserted into the bore, where the body is made of an air-impermeable material. An axial groove (5) or a groove-shaped passage is provided in the bore, body or between bore and body, and is designed corresponding to desired axial air flow speed.
