The holder is supported in a swiveling plane (E1) and rotatable around a fixing axis (62) and another swiveling plane (E2) such that an axis (63) is formed by a hinge that is attached directly to the holder to arrange the swiveling plane (E2) perpendicular to the swiveling plane (E1). The fixing axis is arranged or formed at the mounting platform. The mounting platform is partially provided with a rubber coating.
