The device has a bending head (1) supported in an essentially V-shaped recess (7) of an accommodation prism (2), where outer contour (8) of the bending head is formed as circle involute with a recess (21). The bending head implements combined rotary and translatory movement through a feed unit of a bending machine into the accommodation prism during introduction of longitudinal movement. A bend-part (9) resting against a die (10) deforms around the die. The bending head moves backward into an initial position after completion of the bending process.
