Two traffic signs (24, 26) are held in a clip unit (10) by their edges. The clip unit includes two clamps (12, 18; 14, 18). Each of the two clamping openings contains one of the signs (24, 26). One opening is in front of the other; both have the same opening direction. The clamps each have a moving clamping lever (12, 14) and a jaw. Further variants are described based on the foregoing principles.
