The gas charging measuring device (1) has two flow regulators integrated in a pipeline (6). A reference space (3) is limited within the pipeline. A variator increases or reduces mass and volume of the gas-transported material mixture within the reference space. A pressure sensor (5) measures the changes of the pressure of the gas-transported material mixture within the reference space and has a calculation unit. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a gas charging regulation device for setting volume fraction of gas in a pipeline extracted gas-transported material mixture; and (2) a method for determining the volume fraction of gas in a gas-transported material mixture with liquid or pasty transported material within a pipeline limited a reference space, particularly a gas charging measuring device.
