The method involves providing input data for request. The data corresponding to separation information is separated into character strings. The strings are analyzed in character string filters (Z1, Z2) with respect to contents of character string elements, and are processed in such a way so as to be transmitted to a controller (7) for computational processing in dialog with a memory unit (9). Schedule data associated with the request is transmitted by the controller over a communication network (2) e.g. mobile communication network, and a communication unit (1) e.g. cellular phone, for output.
