The device has a lighting element i.e. LED, for lighting a close surrounding field. A light conductor emitter (3) is arranged non-visibly in a hollow space of a covering frame (1) that is opened to a building wall, circulating and spaced at an outer periphery of the building wall for forming a gap. The emitter has a light radiation surface (7) that is aligned to the building wall. The light conductor emitter stays in effective connection with a light inducing surface by an electrical lighting element.
