The product e.g. tooth-medical implant (1), has a base body (2), at which a thread (4) is arranged. The thread has a tip at an end pointed in a screwing direction and accommodating unit for accommodation of a tool or prosthesis at another end. The thread is provided in a longitudinal extension within two sections (2.1, 2.2) of the base body, where the section (2.1) extends away from the tip and exhibits two subsections (2.1a, 2.1b). The base body is conically arranged to the point within the area of the subsection (2.1a) and is cylindrically arranged within the area of the subsection (2.1b).
