The module (4) has a deformable structure absorbing impact energy during application of force on the module. A function-inner component (27) is arranged in a hollow space (7) of the module. The inner component has a hollow body (30) with flow channels (25, 26) such that ends of the carriers are fixed at two opposite lateral external walls (31, 32) of the body. A plate shaped functional element is fixed at opposite ends of the carrier. The element is designed as air guidance element and as reinforcement element. The component is designed as a single piece fiber-reinforced plastic component. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle comprising a hollow body.
