The positioning section (1) has an actuator (11) running on parallel conveyor belts (12, 13) that are arranged at a distance from each other, where rotational speed of the actuator deviates from transport speed of the conveyor belts. The rotating actuator is mechanically coupled with conveyor lines (4, 5), where the length of the positioning system corresponds to double the size of the actuator. A belt (18) is provided for driving an actuator block. Guide elements (8, 9) are provided for guiding the conveyor belts. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a conveyor system with a positioning section (2) a method for merging and/or mixing packaged goods.
