The T-connector (30a) has an attachment section (31) fastened at posts, and a retaining section (38) fastened to locking bolts. A central section (34) is arranged between the attachment section and the retaining section, where the central section exhibits expansion (d) in different directions. The expansion is measured such that disalignment existing between the bolts and the posts is adjustable. The attachment section has contact surface (32a) arranged at the posts, where the attachment section, central section and the retaining section are made of metal. An independent claim is also included for a post latch plate construction comprising a T-connector.
