The holder has a screw thread rod (26) reached through a longitudinal groove (8) and a loop (22) or a frame screen hole of a grating (20). A profiled strip (4) made of metal or plastic and an insect protective grid (2) are fixed at the grating by the rod. An expansion bolt comprises the rod and a threaded pin (34) with a central thread (36) and two expansion wings (32a, 32b). The wings are made of metal and are rotated at the threaded pin. The screw thread rod is guided through the central thread. A rotating head (30) is attached to an end of the screw thread rod.
