The method involves providing a control station (14) and a remote radio module for participating in wireless communication in a mobile communication network (16). A user input at the control station is converted into a data stream, which is transmitted to an electrical assembly (12) by the communication network. The received data stream is interpreted to control the assembly. An identification is provided in the data stream for authorizing the control station, where the data stream codes the user input in a character oriented syntax.
