The heater has a sleeve divided into cavities and made of sewn, flexible and tear-resistant material. A resistive heat conductor is attached to the middle cavity and electrically insulated by insulating layers. A heating wire has ends connected with a current connection cable. A clamping ring (9) is arranged in the lateral cavities for pressing the heater at a tire bead, and assembling grips (8) assembles and/or disassembles the heater to/from a tire. The cable is connected with a controller for supplying current to the heater and controlling time lapse of current supply.
