The wheel (10') has a tire (14') rested on a rim (12). A carrier (24) is attached at the tire in form fit manner. A reflecting strip (26) is attached at a region of the tire and is directly and radially fastened outside the rim in connection to the rim relative to a rotational axis (A) of the wheel. A reflecting surface of the strip stays at an angle (alpha) ranging between 70 degree to 110 degree to the rotational axis. A lip is formed at the tire and is retained at a distance opposite to remaining body of the tire by an elongated section.
