The oscillating motor (1) has a rotor (5) with a shaft (11) and a blade (13). The rotor is arranged in a bearing area (21) of a housing (3), which encloses a working chamber (7) divided by the blade into two pressure chambers (17,19). The pressure chambers stay in fluid connection with the loading chambers arranged between the rotor and the bearing area. A clamping element is made of an elastomer.
