The method involves arranging prefabricated load-introducing elements on a hybrid semi-finished part (3). The elements are positioned in a molding tool (10) in its accurate adjustment to each other and to a shaft. A cable-shaped flexible hollow body (4) i.e. polymer blister, is filled with a medium (6), and the semi-finished part is pressed against a contour of the molding tool and a contour of the elements. A matrix material (8) is brought into the semi-finished part, and an arrangement (11) in the molding tool is subjected to a hardening of the matrix material. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing cam shafts for motor vehicles.
