The device (1) has amplifying circuits (6a, 6b) amplifying data signals transmitted by transmission repeaters i.e. line-transceivers (5a, 5b). Step-down circuits (7a, 7b) reduce voltage of receiving data signal and output receiving signals to the repeaters. The step-down circuits are connected with output sides of the amplifying circuits. The data signals are transmitted when the repeaters is initiated. A transmission repeater controller (4) controls step-down ratio of the step-down circuits connected with the output sides of the amplifying circuits that amplify the transmitted data signals.
