An apparatus for the learn assessment, comprising:– a learn state test module, with which the learn state of the user can be determined,– a learning program module, the the lessons from the test module according to the determined learn state plant as well as– an evaluation module of the lessons which, according to the lessons assessment of questions have been developed, wherein after answers given by the user a learn information, can be generated in order the learn state of the user to judge.
