PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus capable of reducing the eccentricity of assembly of a torque limiter portion and a method therefor.;SOLUTION: In this structure, a lining portion 31 of the torque limiter 30 is separated from drive plates 21, a lining supporting plate 35 is disposed to the torque limiter 30, and the lining portion 31 is fixed to the supporting plate 35, and the lining portion 31 is sandwiched between the drive plates 21. In another structure, the lining portion 31 of the torque limiter 30 is fixed to the drive plates 21 of a damper, a damper cover 32 is disposed to the torque limiter 30, and the lining portion 31 is sandwiched between the damper covers 32.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
