The device (10) has rollers (G1-G8) assembled at ends of primary balancers (13a-13d) which are articulated by connecting axles (15a-15d) at secondary balancers (16a, 16b). The axles (15a-15d, 17a, 17b) are shifted with respect corresponding balancers, so that ratios of lever arms in a balance state with a tensioned cable cause a non-uniform angular deflection of the rollers. The deflection of the rollers is progressive at an input and degressive towards an output to obtain a preset trajectory of a mechanic ascending support/haulage cable (11) during its progression on the rollers.
