The present invention is directed to a composition of raw material which, after melting, provides a mixture comprising: between 2 and 7 % w/w of NaSUB2/SUBO+KSUB2/SUBO, wherein the amount of KSUB2/SUBO is at least double the amount of NaSUB2/SUBO measured by weight; between 10 and 22 % w/w of MgO+CaO; between 4 and 12 % w/w of AlSUB2/SUBOSUB3/SUB; between 50 and 65 % w/w of SiOSUB2/SUB; and between 4 and 10 % w/w of TiOSUB2/SUB; characterized in that it comprises less than 8% w/w of BSUB2/SUBOSUB3/SUB; less than 3% w/w of ZnO; less than 2% w/w of BaO; less than 2% w/w of PbO; less than 2% w/w of SrO; and less than 1% w/w of LiSUB2/SUBO. The present invention is also directed to a frit, enamel and ceramic component comprising the same.
