Cosmetic capillary treatment composition (A) (aerosol form), comprises, a non ionic or anionic fixing polymer (I) different from polyurethanes, optionally a sulfonated polymer (II) (partially or completely neutralized), comprising a unit derived from a monomer with ethylenic non-saturation containing sulfonic group, a polyol and a propellant agent in a medium. Independent claims are included for: (1) an aerosol device; and (2) the process of applying (A) comprises spraying (A) directly on the hair or applying with fingers.
