Brief description of the control of a blind or of a roller shutter

The device has a processing logic unit to operate a motor driving a rolling blind, and an incident detector detecting an incident corresponding to an obstacle. The unit has instructions to control rotation of the motor in an inverse direction at the detection, and to stop the rotation, when the blind travels a certain distance. The unit has an instruction to control the rotation in the direction by which the blind is moved. The unit stores the presence of the obstacle if an incident detection signal is emitted and controls the movement of blind if the incident is not detected. An independent claim is also included for a method of controlling a motor of a rolling shutter or blind to detect an obstacle on a path of an apron of shutter or blind.
