The tool has a body (3) comprising complementary structural elements forming a suction turbine (2) provided with radial blades (10). Each blade is delimited by front and rear free edges (10a, 10b), where the blades extend between a central tubular ring and a cylindrical peripheral ring. The edges (10a) are oriented to a side of a front cutting part (5) and of a rear attachment part of the body, respectively, where the tool is rotated for generating a flow of circulating air from the edge (10a) towards the edge (10b).
