The device has perforated walls (11a, 11b) connected with acoustic absorption cavities (12a, 12b). An acoustic resonance cavity (1) has a wall (19), whose part is provided with a perforation so as to form the perforated walls. Absorbing foam materials are filled in the absorption cavities. A primary layer of one of the materials is arranged against a bottom wall of the absorption cavities. A secondary layer of the other material is arranged against the perforated wall of the absorption cavities.
