The device has a stopper (1) permitting to preserve air less content (3) of an open food container e.g. bottle (2), and a rubber detachable balloon (4) provided at a lower part of the stopper. An inflation valve (5) is provided at an upper part of the stopper. The detachable balloon and the inflation valve are connected by a pipe (6). A small exhaust hole (7) is passed through the stopper in a top-down manner for permitting inlet and outlet of the air from the bottle. The detachable balloon is provided inside the bottle.
