The device has current recovery openings (1) for absorbing air or water molecules during displacement of a terrestrial or nautical transport unit, where the molecules are centralized at center (2) and canalized via a channel (3) towards an inlet orifice (4) of a case (5). The case locks a rotor (12) before the molecules being rejected in a natural element by an outlet orifice (11) without any alteration or pollution. Rotational movement of the rotor recovered to a pulley (7) is transmitted by a belt (8) to a pulley (9).
