The device (2) has an attachment unit (41) e.g. clip, fixed to a protective equipment e.g. plug holder headband. An electronic unit has a vibrating unit (32) e.g. electromagnetic vibrator, to vibrate the equipment for transforming mechanical vibration into sound signal to be directly transmitted to the inner ear of the carrier, via the equipment, plated on an external part of the carrier body by the attachment unit e.g. Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fasteners), of the protective equipment.
